Windows ME System Restore Problems
I have a serious problem. Whenever I delete a file the free disk space does not increase. For example, I had 80Gb free space as reported by MY COMPUTER. I deleted a 4Gb file, keep my disk defragmented at all times, and on top of it I have all writing programs disabled, like system restore which is turned off.

You could try moving your page file to your 30 gb partition, although if it is on the same disk you may notice a little performance loss if you page file is used very much. Are there any other drives / partitions in addition to C? What is the status of System Restore on your system? What Norton product do you have?
